- Legal Entity Name: Full company name (e.g., Acme Solutions GmbH) or individual name for sole proprietors.
- Physical Address: Registered business address (P.O. boxes are generally not allowed).
- Direct Contact Info: Email address and phone number (a contact form alone is usually not sufficient).
- Authorized Representatives: Names of directors, CEOs, or managing partners.
